Hidden Pattern (“we”, “us”) operates hiddenpattern.xyz and app.hiddenpattern.xyz. Contact: hello@hiddenpattern.xyz.

By buying or using our reports or website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What we sell

Child Jyotish Report (₹699): a personalised PDF for one child.
Relationship Report (₹699): a personalised PDF about your relationship patterns, made from your own birth details.
Hidden Pattern Map (₹699): a personalised digital map.

All are digital products delivered by email, typically within the window stated on the site. Nothing physical is shipped. Prices are in Indian Rupees as shown at checkout. One payment, no subscription.

2. Entertainment and guidance only

Our reports are based on Vedic astrology (Jyotish), a traditional, belief-based practice. They are for entertainment, reflection and personal interest only. They are not scientific predictions and are not medical, psychological, educational, legal, financial or relationship advice. Please do not make decisions about health, a child's education or care, marriage, money or law on the basis of a report; speak to a qualified professional. Results are not guaranteed.

3. Your responsibilities

You are 18 or older and able to enter a contract.
The details you enter are accurate. Please check them before you pay: a report is made from the details you enter and cannot be changed once created.
If you buy a Child Jyotish Report, you are the child's parent or lawful guardian.
You will not misuse the site, attempt to break its security, or resell our reports.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card or bank details. An order is confirmed only when Razorpay confirms the payment. If money is debited but no order is confirmed, this is usually a failed payment that your bank or Razorpay reverses automatically; if it is not, email hello@hiddenpattern.xyz with your payment ID and we will help.

5. Intellectual property

The report design, text and branding belong to Hidden Pattern and its licensors. You may keep and print your report for personal use, but not copy, publish or sell it.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for decisions you make based on a report, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

7. Privacy and refunds

Our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy form part of these Terms.

8. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first; most issues are solved quickly.
