These Terms govern your use of hiddenpattern.xyz and the purchase of a Hidden Pattern Map. By using the site or completing an order, you agree to them.
1. What we offer
Hidden Pattern is a clarity product. The Hidden Pattern Map is a personalised written experience designed to help you recognise patterns in how you show up — not a medical, legal, financial, or psychological diagnosis, and not a prediction service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase. You confirm that information you submit (including name and date of birth used for the map) is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
3. Orders & delivery
- Prices are shown at checkout in the currency displayed (introductory pricing may change).
- After successful payment, we prepare and email your map to the address you provide. Delivery timing is typically within the window stated on the site; delays can occur with high volume or incorrect contact details.
- You are responsible for providing a working email address.
4. Refunds
Because each map is personalised digital content, completed maps are generally non-refundable once generation or delivery has begun. If payment failed, you were charged in error, or you never received a map due to a fault on our side, email hello@hiddenpattern.xyz and we will help.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to break security, scrape at abusive rates, or resell or republish map content as your own product without written permission. Do not use the service for harassment or unlawful activity.
6. Intellectual property
Site design, brand, copy frameworks, and tooling belong to Hidden Pattern. Your personal map is licensed to you for private personal use. You may share excerpts about your experience; you may not reproduce the full map commercially.
7. No professional advice
Content and maps are for reflection and orientation only. They are not a substitute for professional advice. Decisions you make remain yours.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hidden Pattern is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or map. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
9. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
