Hidden Pattern

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 30 August 2026 · hiddenpattern.xyz

Hidden Pattern (“we”, “us”) provides a personalised Hidden Pattern Map and related clarity content, and operates our own Instagram publishing tools for brand accounts including @hiddenpattern.xyz and @iamvihaang. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can reach us.

1. Information we collect

2. How we use information

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with providers needed to run the service (for example payment processors, email delivery, hosting, and analytics/ad platforms when those tools are active), under their respective terms. We may disclose information if required by law.

4. Publishing tools & social platforms

When we connect our own brand accounts to platforms such as Instagram, Meta, or Pinterest (including developer APIs and automations), we use those connections to publish our content and respond to people who engage with us.

For Instagram comment and message automations on our own accounts (for example when someone comments a keyword such as WANT, PATTERN, or COLLAB), we may receive from Meta: the comment text, the comment id, the media id, and the commenter’s Instagram username / scoped id, so we can reply on the comment and send an allowed private reply or DM (such as a document link you requested). We do not collect Instagram passwords. We do not cold-message people who have not commented or messaged us in ways Meta allows.

Message and comment data related to these automations is kept only as needed to operate the reply, prevent duplicate sends, and debug delivery, then removed or anonymised under normal log retention.

5. Cookies & similar tech

Our site may use cookies or similar storage for essential function, analytics, and advertising measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work if you block them.

6. Retention

We keep order and map-related records as needed to deliver the product, meet legal/accounting duties, and resolve disputes. Marketing emails stop when you unsubscribe. Analytics data follows each vendor’s retention settings.

7. Your choices

8. Children

Hidden Pattern is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
